Introducing CLEP

Cut Costs. Reduce Carbon.
In the Community.
Together.

Community Linked Energy Partnerships (CLEP) are specifically designed to deliver real change for low income households by unlocking their ability to reduce their own energy consumption and subsequent energy costs.

How It Works

We offer a reduced cost Commercial EPC with a commitment attached

Using the EPC data we provide an initial summary of potential cost savings.

An agreement in principle is agreed to allocate initial savings to insulate, provide energy efficiency controls or products to low income households.

Insulation or energy Efficiency upgrades are made to low income households together with a report for the household on how they can reduce their energy consumption.

The agreed savings are made available to a local charity or commercial foundation of the clients choice

A full report is issued outlining the the potential savings ranging from free options to high end and long term options.

The Partnerships

The Partnerships are agreed and made with the Commercial partner a either their own foundation / charitable arm or a local organisation that can deliver the energy efficiency to the household. We partner with the commercial arm to deliver the EPC, energy reports and education price to the household.

Our Business Sectors

01.

Shopping Centres

Shopping Centre Partnerships can be carried out on behalf of the entire shopping centre or as an agreement with the tenants allocating a portion of their reduced energy costs to the agreed partnership.

02.

Sports Stadia

Sports Stadia and Training Facilities can benefit greatly from energy efficiency improvements with a major return available to both the Sports Club and the local community. If a partnership can be negotiated with local government as well then a part funded project may enable greater gains across all parties.

03.

Public Buildings

Public buildings savings can help reduce the overall expenditure of councils as well as improve their green prospects. By diverting a portion of these savings to their own social and low income households then get to fund projects without using existing budgets.

04.

Hotels and Hospitality

Hospitality has increasing energy burdens on their sites. By negotiating a partnership agreement they can affectively sponsor a number of households energy improvements and gain valuable PR and advertising through an agreed local partnership.
